To calculate the shipping cost of an order, you need to add the products to your cart, and head to the checkout area. From there - all you need to do is simply enter your postcode for a quote. If you're ordering a few products, or a large product, please feel free to email us for a custom postage quote - we may be able to offer you a cheaper rate.

We offer free shipping on a number of our products. To identify which products we offer free shipping on, these are clearly marked in the product title. These products will be shipped free to anywhere in Australia.

Delivery Times

Our shipping time frame varies depending on your location and the items you have ordered, but a general range is 1-7 business days from dispatch. We aim to dispatch your order as fast as possible – if we can get it out on the same day we will, but there are factors we can’t control that impact on delivery times. If you’re in doubt, or have special requirements, please contact us.

The freight company WHS guidelines will also require that someone is present at the delivery address at the time of delivery for any orders weighing over 20kgs. 

Deliveries are only made on business days, during business hours.

You will receive an email from us containing a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped. 

The Fine Print

Our aim is for efficient delivery, but once your item has been passed to the courier company, sometimes deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions, all of which are outside of our control. In these instances, we, 1RM will not be liable for any consequential loss for delivery times.

Delivery times are guidelines provided by the courier company, and are never guarantees. If a delay does occur, we will work with you and the courier company to resolve them as soon as possible.

All deliveries are authorised to leave at property, unless instructed otherwise.

If your order looks damaged on delivery please check your delivery before signing for it and inform delivery driver of damage and ask them to sign the damage.

Sometimes, in the event of problematic couriers, you may find your parcel delivered by a different courier of our choice to ensure safe delivery of product.


If you're Melbourne based, we are happy to offer collection of your order from our warehouse in Melbourne's northern suburbs. Please note that this is by appointment only - just selection pick-up on check-out and we'll be in touch to arrange collection.
